  Dear Compatriots, Dear Friends of Congo and Dear Democrats from all over the world,

   

  Since the 1970s, that is to say for more than 40 years, Denis Sassou Nguesso kills without ever being worried. No need to cite the names of its many victims both the list is endless. And for all these years he has enjoyed absolute impunity, both nationally and internationally.

   

  In order to consolidate his will to power, he put the country in the auction and took over all the sides of the economy. He has made the country's oil its private and family patrimony which he cheerfully diverts the profits from the sale. This colossal financial windfall allows him to buy weapons intended to repress in the blood any peaceful popular dispute and, to guarantee his impunity, he corrupted everyone. Thus, in spite of the brutality of its bloodthirsty regime, despite the atrocities committed, it is as if the Congo was no longer part of the radar screen of the international community, notwithstanding the calls for help from the distressed populations.

  
   

  Dear Compatriots, Dear Friends of the Congo and Dear Democrats from all over the world, this situation has simply become unbearable. Even if it is true that we feel totally abandoned to our sad fate by the international community, we can not and we must not lie down and let Denis Sassou Nguesso reduce our country to bondage. The Congolese people can not and must not allow themselves to be subdued and abdicated in front of the dictatorship, however cruel and fierce it may be.

   

  Dear Compatriots, Dear Friends of the Congo and Dear Democrats from all over the world, we especially must never lose sight of the fact consent to servitude is in the conscience of the people. If the conscience of the people is incoherent, torn into factions, if the people are in a state of fear, the tyrant will impose his law.

  
   

  Dear Compatriots, Dear Friends of the Congo and Dear Democrats from all over the world, let us join forces to defeat the dictatorship in Congo. Denis Sassou Nguesso went too far and the situation became unbearable. At the very heart of his own camp, anger broods. So much so that the blows could begin to be distributed within his own camp, dissatisfied with the turn and the extent of the ferocity that takes its dictatorship.

  Chers Compatriotes, Chers Amis du Congo et Chers Démocrates du monde entier,

   

  Depuis les années 1970, c'est-à-dire depuis plus de 40 ans, Denis Sassou Nguesso tue sans jamais être inquiété. Point besoin de citer les noms de ses nombreuses victimes tant la liste est interminable. Et depuis toutes ces années, il jouit de l'impunité absolue, tant au plan national qu'international.

   

  bien asseoir sa volonté de puissance, il a mis le pays en l'encan et a fait main basse sur tous les pans de l'économie. Il a fait du pétrole du pays son patrimoine privé et familial dont il détourne allègrement les bénéfices tirés de la vente. Cette manne financière colossale lui permet d'acheter des armes destinées à réprimer dans le sang toute contestation populaire pacifique et, pour garantir son impunité, il a corrompu tout le monde. Ainsi, malgré la brutalité de son régime sanguinaire, malgré les atrocités commises, tout se passe comme si le Congo ne faisait plus partie de l'écran radar de la communauté internationale et ce, nonobstant les appels à l'aide des populations en détresse.

   

  Chers Compatriotes, Chers Amis du Congo et Chers Démocrates du monde entier, cette situation est devenue tout simplement insupportable. Même s'il est vrai que nous nous sentons totalement abandonnés à notre triste sort par la communauté internationale, nous ne pouvons pas et nous ne devons pas nous coucher et laisser Denis Sassou Nguesso réduire notre pays en servitude. Le peuple congolais ne peut pas et ne doit pas se laisser soumettre et abdiquer devant la dictature, aussi cruelle et féroce soit-elle.

   

  Chers Compatriotes, Chers Amis du Congo et Chers Démocrates du monde entier, surtout ne l'oublions jamais, le consentement à la servitude se situe dans la conscience du peuple. Si la conscience du peuple est incohérente, déchirée en factions, si le peuple est dans une situation de crainte, le tyran imposera sa loi.

   

  Chers Compatriotes, Chers Amis du Congo et Chers Démocrates du monde entier, unissons nos forces pour faire échec à la dictature au Congo.Denis Sassou Nguesso est allé trop loin et la situation est devenue insupportable. Au sein même de son propre camp, la colère couve. Tant et si bien que les coups pourraient commencer à être distribués au sein de son propre camp, mécontent de la tournure et l'ampleur de la férocité que prend sa dictature.

   

  Le peuple américain, les démocrates du monde entier, j'espère que vous vous joindrez à moi pour s'opposer à la dictature au Congo.
