The great friend of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, the old, bloodthirsty, corrupt dictator Denis Sassou Nguesso, has been invited to Emmanuel Macron's summit on space.
I know how Emmanuel Macron operates. He is easy to fool, and the old, bloodthirsty, corrupt dictator Denis Sassou Nguesso knows exactly how to fool him.
Yes — by drawing his favorite weapon of pseudo-mediator (needless to say, he pays to obtain these roles), the old, bloodthirsty, corrupt dictator Denis Sassou Nguesso knew that Emmanuel Macron would take the bait.
The move originated from the Sahel (cf. the letter sent by the Azawad Liberation Front — FLA — to the old, bloodthirsty, corrupt dictator Denis Sassou Nguesso, requesting his mediation with Bamako).
This invitation of the old, bloodthirsty, corrupt dictator Denis Sassou Nguesso to Emmanuel Macron's space summit is not unconnected to this letter, sent a few days before the release of 82 Malian soldiers, followed by the announcement from the Malian military authorities that they were pardoning French intelligence agent Yann Vézilier, who had been detained for a year and sentenced to 20 years in prison for conspiracy against the Malian state. This letter reveals part of the negotiations that preceded this operation.

Denis Sassou-Nguesso expected at Emmanuel Macron's space summit

Congolese President Denis Sassou-Nguesso is expected in Paris from September 8 for a stay of several days, during which he will take part in the International Summit on Space over the following two days, organized by French Head of State Emmanuel Macron. His last visit to France dates back to May 2025, during a working visit in which he had notably discussed the situation in the Great Lakes region with Emmanuel Macron.
In May, however, Denis Sassou-Nguesso did not travel to the Africa-France summit, dubbed "Africa Forward," an event he usually attends regularly. A few days before it, he had gone to Moscow for an official visit at Vladimir Putin's invitation, one of his first foreign trips after his re-election. For over a year, the Congolese head of state has benefited from the protection of Africa Corps personnel — a paramilitary group close to Russian GU (formerly GRU) intelligence — within the Congolese Presidential Security General Directorate (DGSP, per AI 07/06/26).
Since August 19, Denis Sassou-Nguesso has been on vacation in Turkey. He spent several days there in the company of his wife, Antoinette Sassou-Nguesso, his personal representative, Françoise Joly, and former Guinean president Alpha Condé (2010–2021).
